Hello,
Yesterday night a few text messages and emails arrived that I made the following changes which I have no idea at all about:
Modify order : (REMOVED)
Airtime plan 20GB, Unlimited UK Minutes, Unlimited UK Texts, 12 months
Added Bolt on : out-of-bundle charges reduction
Its order number is (REMOVED) according to the notice.
Could you help me understand what this is about, so that I can make further requests if needed?
