When I go to my settings to forward calls they are all turnt to disabled, when I try to enable the 'when unanswered' it says unexpected response from network. This is really bugging me as no 1 can leave voicemails and my phone just rings and rings and rings

You'll need O2 to look at your account settings then.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
