mobile unobtainable

I have no signal in my house, so cannot make or receive calls, except calls over wifi. Now friends are reporting my phone is ringing unobtainable (continuous tone). I have tested from my landline several times, I get the same. I have switched off completely and on again, still the same. It should go to voicemail in out of signal or busy, or unanswered.. Any suggestions, please? The bill is paid!

You will need to contact customer services

Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 (they open at 8am) when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
