Hi @Ilaria

You can't text, you have to call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

In addition to @Cleoriff's suggestion above:

Your PAYG bundle renews on a monthly basis - if you have run out of data this month, purchasing a Bolt-On for some extra data might be the way to go,@Ilaria.

Your Bundle will renew on the usual renewal date, if funds are available in your account, but a Bolt-On purchase will draw down on those funds when you apply it, for that month only. Keep an eye on your balance between now and your normal renewal date if you decide to go the Bolt-On route.

Good luck.

@ridiculousaf Other networks are available

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I just wanted some 10-15 gigs for some 10 pounds or something to have decent pricing of mobile internet as the hotels seem to still be in the early 2000s with their internet policies (registering via idiotic websites, just like it was 2002). I bought a well known network and I thought I would just top up with whatever amount I need... and 7 gigs went away pretty fast, thought I'd take 20 gigs for 15 pounds but NO, can't do it haha I now have the balance but can't do anything about it and just pay like for black caviar (12 pounds for 3GBs is a total rip off)...

This is ridiculous!

Do all networks have offers like it is 2002?

The o2 even calls it a "big bundle"... so I want to buy a bundle NOW, not in 3 weeks' time!
