How to stop unsolicited O2 Priority messages?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I tried calling 2220 but according to that I am not signed up to receive O2 Priority messages.  I tried www.o2priority.co.uk/SignIn but that tells me my number is not registered and won't let me sign in.

How the heck do I stop these irritating messages if no one admits to sending them?

Call 202 or try live chat - Ask them to opt you out of ALL O2 marketing including apps and offers.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

OK, tried chat.  It seems they understood the problem but I am warned the fix will take 24 hours.  It will take longer than that to be confident the messages have stopped though.  Thanks for the suggestion.  I'll follow up here in a few days either way.
