I am stunned to discover how difficult it is to make a complaint about very poor customer service received from O2 guru! I had made an appointment with one of the gurus to call me about a persistent problem today at 3pm. I waited for about 10 minutes and no call. Then I tried to call him - he was on another call and promised to call back in 5 minutes. Waited another half an hour - nothing. Then went through the rigmaroll of calling back to speak to someone and still impossible to speak to the original guru. When I asked how I make a complaint - I was told to go online. After much searching - there is NO CLEAR LINK enabling customers to make a complaint. Could anyone help me to find the place where one can complain??!!

That's just awful treatment for a customer from a guru. I think this should be fed back @Martin-O2 it's basic customer service. You promise a call back then you make damn sure you call back.
