So o2 sent me a email with label to return faulty goods this was in January I sent goods back trough royal mail tracking says they received it 1st Feb. I have spent hours on multiple chats on phone tbey do not respond to my emails etc but they say they don’t have item !! Si I have to pay still !! Can somebody give me a email address that they will respond to phone ing them is useless as get passed around no one knows nothing:(. 2.5 hours on phone last time really stressful cannot do it no more . Just need help from someone from o2 to listen and take action on this ! I have proof of sending and the email proof that my care sent me the label what more do they want ! It’s been delivered a month now as still no answers from o2 except pay your bill !!! Lol I don’t have one grrr

There is no email for customer service.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
