Has anyone managed to get Adele priority tickets?

Have been logged on since 8.45 and still in the waiting room.  Is this normal?  I see tickets are going quickly and there are only 2 levels of seating left.  Not sure if I am in a waiting room or if the screen has locked.

 

Not feeling very priority at the moment.

 

My mum can't even get onto the site to try to get herself some tickets so I think she's got no chance.

It seems to me that the whole process is flawed. Rather than going into a waiting room with a third party (presumably Ticketmaster) why can't o2 be allocated the tickets then it can all be done in house. There is always going to be a big demand though I was lucky enough to get tickets for The Kaiser Chiefs a good while ago but really, there ought to be a better way than the current system.

I assume the fact that the tickets sold out almost immediately means that the system does work (for the lucky ones).....?
Whenever there is a limited amount of anything there will be some happy campers and some not.
What is particularly annoying though is the fact that they appear for sale almost immediately from touts or on ebay.
Maybe all sold tickets should be personalised and void if the initial purchaser doesn't attend the concert?
