Hi all - how do I get in touch with O2 if I don't want to download the app? I have been asked by HMRC to ask O2 to unblock the HMRC text service so I can receive HMRC's verification text messages. I don't know where to request this. Apparently HMRC had a text message situation which led to O2 blocking all texts from HMRC. As a consequence, I cannot receive any. Thanks
