Loss of signal, now unable to receive calls or texts

Hi, I’m really hoping someone can help me here as after a month and several tickets I’m still waiting for O2 to solve the issue. Whilst travelling I lost my signal completely, no phone signal, no O2 symbol and no data.  After three weeks and countless conversations, resets, updates etc I can now use my data, make calls and send texts but am still unable to receive calls and texts. I’ve checked that there is no blocked numbers, focus mode, call forwarding etc, tried to manually change the network, restarted the phone etc but nothing seems to fire my phone into life. Anyone have any other suggestions please?

We can only suggest some fixes @Star123 as we are just o2 customer ourselves.

Have you tried your sim in another phone?

Have you replaced your sim?

Is it any particular number that can't call you or is it all numbers? And the same with texts?
