I was overdue on my bill so I’ve payed now but have been blocked from using my internet and sending texts phone calls seem to work, I went onto my 02 to pay as I didn’t think I’d payed, turns out I’ve now been charged twice and still blocked

You need to call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 and get them to have a look at your account.
