Solved: Galaxy watch added to account

Hi, earlier on today I added the Galaxy Watch with 1gb data to my existing sim only plan.

When I go into my account my 20gb data that I used to have for my phone account has been replaced with the 1gb watch data.

In reality I want 20gb mobile phone sim only plan plus the galaxy watch 1gb plan.

Sounds like you've put it through as an upgrade rather than additional.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
