I know we're just all customers, but seems there are a few that know the ins and outs of how O2 works and if that is anything to go by I may as well not bother.
It's seems a regular feature of O2 promos. Basically promise everything and actually give nothing by just making it as difficult as possible to actually claim anything.

Yes we certainly see many complaints about promotions and the difficulties people have:smileysad:

Well I got a call from a nice lady called jade. She said the issue was that the details hadn't been sent across even though it was well over 5 days.
She asked me for my imei and voucher code and said they were valid. She was a bit surprised when I said I had 2 vouchers for the same device. Im sure it said 2 gifts on us at the time of the order, it also states this on the receipt.
She said she would forward the details and to wait for a confirmation email. Anyway didn't get that yet but tried again anyway and this time the vouchers worked.
So got a Bluetooth speaker and keplar vr headset on order. Winner.

Not good though is it. How many others are having the issue?
Also haven't got the goods yet, so I'll reserve judgement on that one.
Also why is this forum so terrible, who wrote it a 5 year old? Its appalling. Its glitchy as hell.
