Dreadfully poor signal in Mid Bedfordshire

Anonymous
Not applicable
Since moving to Mid Bedfordshire in January, I am shocked by the lack of signal with O2. I cannot use my phone indoors or outdoors. Even Natwest in Ampthill ( a Georgian Market Town) said they very rarely get a signal with O2. This can't be good for business in this area. I need a mobile phone to be connected to the network at all times due to health reasons. O2 is not ticking the boxes and its lack of signal means I am going to have to go to EE. Any advice, please don't say TU as this does not work in the area surrounding my home. Cheers.

TuGo is mainly intended for wi-fi use ie the signal from your home router, or other sites when you're out.

You can check what signal you should be getting here: http://www.o2.co.uk/coveragechecker

Not much call for mobile phones in Georgian times LOL

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Anonymous  If you are thinking of moving networks can we suggest you try a few different PAYG sims in your phone to see what gives you the best signal/reception? wink
