I've just upgraded and one of the reasons I did was to get Disney +. Now the phone is here but there is no information on how to sign up to Disney + using the free six months offer. How do I do it? Should I have had an email about this?

You need to go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Choose Disney and wait for an email with a link to follow to redeem the offer..

I have signed up for the 6 months free Disney+ and I am being billed for it! No one on the O2 app replies back. I have had it with O2. No point in continuing my service with them.
