Morning. I'm currently into the first month of my free 6 months Disney+. Once this has expired and I start paying the £5.99 a month for it, do I still qualify for the £2 reduction on my phone bill? Live chat seemed like they didn't know what I was asking them!

After the 6-month minimum, will I still get £2 a month off my airtime bill?

Yes, we’ll give you £2 off your bill each month for as long as you keep the paid Disney+ Extra.

You need to call customer service

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call any of the free numbers in the link.
Use Skype if necessary, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud or upgrade option if necessary

8am is the best time to call
