I've added Disney plus as an we extra on my account. It says I need to activate it but we when I try to follow the link they provide I get an error code. Has anyone else had this problem and know what to do? O2 don't seem to acknowledge there's a problem so I can't see them as sorting it

We've had a few customers with the same issue this week.

We can't do anything to help from here so you'll need to call customer service for help.

Any inside knowledge?

We've had a few of these this week. (404 page not found from the link sent by O2).
