TommyF, I’ve just had the same. Took out the Disney+ extra option out 2 weeks ago expecting to have 6 months free and they’ve charged me for it straight away. Chancers mate. I’m going to ring 02 CustmrSrv now

Hey there @TommyF , @Stewart45 , as it's been a while since you posted about your Disney+ issue, I just wanted to check if you managed to find out from Customer Service why you had been charged for the offer? In case it could help anyone else who might be having similar issues and come across this topic. slight_smile
