Data sharing

how do I use data sharing ive looked through everything I can and done everything I can but still no option to share data

Im on a sharer plan it just doesn't give me any box to tick for a lead device or anything I've got 3 devices registered to it and none or them have the option or tick box to share data

It has all my devices there with data and ability to share but I can't click anything it gas a phone next to each device with a star on but nothing like a tick box. I've clicked all over the place
