I upgraded my phone on Monday, it was received in the DHL depo on Tuesday, yet the delivery is delayed and when I asked why it wasn’t being delivered, DHL told me to contact o2. I’m not sure where or how to contact o2 or what to even tell them as DHL didn’t say what they needed o2 to confirm before they can deliver it?
