Any one else having problems with getting phone calls answered? Iv spent most of today on hold trying to track my order for my daughters air pods i ordered 13 nov.
After 30 mins this morning on hold some one answered but left there head set on there desk, so I called back again and went through the painful process of trying to talk to someone to get hung up on again.
I got back through again about 4.30 to get pushed to 4 other people, to get a very rude adviser who told that it my fault for not signing a contract that there is no way of signing, and when I asked how to sort this out I got told it couldn’t be sorted cause they was on a deal, yet when I asked for the £20 back that had been taken from my bank I got told that I was being out of order. I asked to speak to some who could sort it to have the phone hung up on me. Aww look now 5.00. Not happy at the min.
