I got a text telling me that my ‘credit note’ is ready to ‘view’…???? What Credit Note? Why am I getting it? Why in spite of trying can I not view it, please? Angela

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

A credit note is money paid into your account. Whatever the message says I find it takes time for the system to catch up.
It will show as a negative amount on your next bill

I got one too and have no clue what it's about??

@Paddydaddy74 Obviously O2 have done some adjustments on your account and owe you money.
It will be applied to your next bill reducing your payment
