How can I transfer credit from sim to another?

Phone o2 Customer Services to ask them to do this.

Both sim cards must be activated ,and in your name.

Contract  : 202.

Payg        : 4445.

Customer service will normally only transfer credit if you are changing sim cards and your credit will be transferred from your old sim. The old sim card is then disconnected.
