Contact phone number for PAC code?

Anonymous

Hi all,

does anyone know a direct number to ask for my PAC code?

I've phoned 202 and gone through the sequence only to be left on hold for a long time. Anyone know of a way I can contact someone directly?

thanks. slight_smile

I'm not whining, far from it, would like to know how you've come to that conclusion.

I have questioned the answers given here, but whinge? Nope.

Honestly no idea how this stuff works. Just think the reasoning that floods and snow have somehow flooded the customer service lines a tad unbelievable.

I don't think O2 offer sat phones.

I believe satellites are used internationally to connect calls but I don't think they're used in the country.

You'll probably find they're rather busy because of people phoning O2 about issues since the "severe weather".

Even normally the waiting times are not amazing but I've never had to wait longer than 2mins.

Put the phone on loudspeaker and crack on with whatever your doing until you get through slight_smile
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink
