Hi all,
does anyone know a direct number to ask for my PAC code?
I've phoned 202 and gone through the sequence only to be left on hold for a long time. Anyone know of a way I can contact someone directly?
thanks.

I guess with half the country being either flooded or buried under snow could have something to do with it, causing problems with reception and breakdowns.

Hmm I would have thought that a communications company would have had that covered and have workarounds in place for such events.
Plus in not sure how floods and snow effect a mobile networks customer base. Are you suggesting the snow and floods somehow effect the satellites?
perksie means the masts maybe or telephone lines have been affected

After what I've been reading on Twitter about live chat? No thanks. Think I'll stick to listening to loud crackly music for 40+ minutes.
