I lost my phone but since I was near the end of my contract anyway, I ordered an upgrade on click and collect (I put my simcard into my friends phone to get the code I needed to do that)
I was just wondering if they text or email when it arrives instore? 'Cause if it's text I won't know 😞

I don't see where the OP says that. They say they requested a code but never got a text back. I presume it's because they put the sim in a friend's phone to make the request and then took the sim out. It still doesn't explain how they still had their sim when the phone had been lost. Maybe it's just me who doesn't see this?
