Sending my phone off today is there anything else i need to put on enverlope apart frm claim number

Just the phone but we advise you to take photos of the condition before sending in case of disputes later.

I have done that thanks, do i need to put an adress on enverlope , soz this is first time i have claimd

If you are actually sending it by post...and it isn't being collected.. then yes put the address on.

Make sure you cover yourself with as much info as possible.

If it's being collected by courier for repair then you are normally given a jiffy bag at point of collection.

Return only the phone. Don't send any accessories and remove the sim card. Hope all goes well for you.
