Cancel Disney Plus

I added the Disney Plus extra thinking that it would link to my existing account and give me £2 off. Instead, it has created a new account and I’m now paying for 2.

How can I cancel the O2 extra? There are some forums that suggest you can do this on My O2 app or online but this is not the case. Can’t get through to 202 either at the moment. Any help appreciated

You should be able to cancel the Extra Disney through their website.

If not then contact O2 using the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

The number ending 4005 is the one to try first.
