Can you get a recording from 02 from a phone call you made too someone

No, sorry.

O2 do not record calls and it would be illegal to do so.

You are referring to  SAR but O2 do not record calls so it won't help.

as @MI5 has said, o2 do not record calls, except into its call centre.

Also a SAR wont help, the only way round it is to record the call yourself, but you have to tell the other party you are recording calls, under various pieces of regulation.
