Hi,

 

SO I have Disney+ free with my new phone but how to I use it ?  ? I see it in my extra all i can do it remove it ? ? ? ?

After choosing the extra, you have 28 days to redeem it.

You should have received an email from O2 with a link to redeem it on the Disney website which asks you to create a username and password.

You then use those details to login to the app anywhere.

yeah I thought I had done that but went to login and it saying ihave no subscription

I'd give customer service a call.

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
