SMS authentication codes while abroad

Hello,

I have a UK phone number, but I am since August 8th; I realised that I cannot receive authentication codes via SMS, which means I cannot access critical services.

This has not happened to me before (I changed my phone about 5 months ago) and it is becoming an issue. Has O2 blocked my messaing for some reason?

How can this resolved asap please? I cannot find a number to call them on either and the online help does not answer my question.

Press the option for one of those and when you get through to someone you can explain your issue and get transferred to the correct team @VasilisR...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Thank you for the response. This does not help however, as they seem to be accepting phone calls for stolen phones or fraud, and for everything else they ask to visit their website, which again does not hae the answer I need.

Any other solutions please?

@VasilisR

Just to make you aware delivery of messages abroad is the responsibility of the roaming network.

Try changing your roaming network.

Also sms delivery is not guaranteed

This is a customer to customer forum, and there is no o2 support on here, and we do not have access to any personal or account information,

We are all customers like you and I don't work for o2,
