Hi everyone, I am logged into my O2 account with the correct username and password but its not showing my bills. This happened a few weeks ago when I tried logging in. It has my mobile number and personal info displayed but no tabs for try bills.
Any advice be appreciated!

The username is not linked up to a mobile number.
Is this the username o2 gave you or your email address?
If it is the former you should call 202 to check it is correct or use the online form for forgotten details. This will advise you of the correct details.
If it is the latter, call 202 and ask them to link up your email address with that number.
