Can't Activate Amazon Prime Extra

Hi,

 

I click the link to activate my amazon prime extra for 6 months, but it says "activation error" and to please contact customer support.

 

I tried today to cancel my current prime membership and activate it (has 5 days left but is cancelled) - but I still get the same error. Anyone got any tips?

You will need to wait the final 5 days for your current subscription to end.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
