I’m in the US now and my £6 02 Travel is not working so I cannot use my data, calls or texts. I’m solely relying on my hosts WiFi to use WhatsApp. Within my first 18 hrs here I racked over £50 in charges despite setting my the Travel Bolt on with the call centre. I’ve manually added £10 credits in case I’ve reached the threshold to use my phone. If I switch my mobile off and on I can make one cellular call but that’s it. I then have call failure. Any idea what the cause of my problem is and who can resolve it? Thanks.
