I have topped up my phone £10 and got the £10 data big bundle. I wish to ring 119 as I am currently isolating for covid and need to ring this number as it’s an advice line for covid 19. When I ring it says ‘your credit is low’. 119 is a free line and it’s not letting me ring it. Please can someone help?
