Call Divert Message

Anonymous
Not applicable

I am sole trader and I often divert calls to ther numbers when i am busy. Customers are being put of by the "your call is being diverted" message they get. Appears unproffesional and takes too long for some people.

Has anyone been able to get the message turned off so that calls are diverted immediately? This is straight forward with Orange - still trying with O2.

Thanks.

Likewise I just find it difficult to understand how a huge company like o2 cant update a simple website properly
