Block international numbers from Armenia

Hi I keep getting these numbers calling my phone when I try to clear notification or block them off I keep getting charged £3 for the privilege how can I stop these ?  Thanks

We looked into trying to block the whole block of numbers, but it wasn't terribly viable I'm afraid.

In other words, nothing. @Kei-M_O2 Why is the OP being charged for blocking a call or clearing a notification?

O2 will just need to keep refunding anyone that gets scammed by this until something is done about it.
