I would imagine that the system is overloaded and can't cope with the number of people trying to access it. If the OP couldn't get a ticket two and a half hours ago, it's not very likely that anyone trying at this time would have any luck.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Was just about to say the same Lou. I fully expect the Priority system has crashed. As @jonsie said there has to be a better way?.....

Hi,

I've ordered x4 tickets, on the confirmation page I was sure to leave the 'split seating' bot UNTICKED so I could get seats together, however after the purchase was confimed I was surprised to see that all 4 of the seats were on different rowsl; none were together.
I've now read that the tickets are non refundable, what can I do?

HELP!

Not a lot to be honest. You could try calling but I would think all seats have now gone. The other option is to sell the tickets?

Contact the ticket vendor and see if they can reallocate the seating.
No one on here can do that for you.

I can get onto priority, but cant navigate around to acces any ticket info.
I spoke to a chap from O2 on the online chat system, he said there is an option to cancel the purchase but I've no idea where it is...

I'm sure you'll sell them easy enough.
