Registered at 08.31 for waiting room. Held on since then - Now message says 'not officially sold out but choose another venue'. Great! Did squillions of people register before 08.31??? What a con!

Was just about to say the same Lou. I fully expect the Priority system has crashed. As @jonsie said there has to be a better way?.....

Hi,
I've ordered x4 tickets, on the confirmation page I was sure to leave the 'split seating' bot UNTICKED so I could get seats together, however after the purchase was confimed I was surprised to see that all 4 of the seats were on different rowsl; none were together.
I've now read that the tickets are non refundable, what can I do?
HELP!

Not a lot to be honest. You could try calling but I would think all seats have now gone. The other option is to sell the tickets?

I can get onto priority, but cant navigate around to acces any ticket info.
I spoke to a chap from O2 on the online chat system, he said there is an option to cancel the purchase but I've no idea where it is...
