BROKEN PHONE

Hello,

I would like to find out how to repair / replace a phone with warranty, because for a few days the phone does not turn on, the display does not work. The phone was purchased on 21.11.2016, is still under warranty. Do you get a replacement phone, how much is repair?

O2 will send your phone for repair, assuming it is covered under warranty there will be no charge, if however it is user caused damage such as liquid damage, cracked display, etc then they will usually send you a quote for the work

Experience says it is better to go directly to the handset manufacturer though rather than O2

If you choose to use O2's repairers and take the phone to an O2 store to be sent away, the store can loan you a basic phone whilst yours is away but you need to pay a £25 returnable deposit for the loan phone.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

On the back of @MI5 note above the basic phone really is basic, as in it can call and text, most don't have internet access
