Hello,

I chose audible for my O2 extra - I activated the extra and linked it to my Amazon and all that, whenever I go to use credits it always come back with “There was a problem with the payment method or address on your account. Please contact customer service to resolve.” - I’ve done everything on my end to make sure I’ve activated the extra properly and contacted Audibles customer service who have told me to go through O2 but their live chat is off at the minute so I’m going to wait for that to open up.

Has anyone else had this problem with the Audible extra?
