Audible extras

I chose the 3 months Audible for my extra when I got the new phone recently. Audible hasn’t been working and so I have lost the first credit. They expire each month. I thought I would ask on here before trying to contact O2.
Does anyone know if there is a separate contact for the extras as this seems a bit unfair to me. Thanks
