What should I do if I made an account but want to change the email on the account. Do I have to delete the account?

You need to go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Along the top of the page you will see various headings. It's in the section MORE .There's a drop down box which will show "Personal Details" Click on that and it will allow you to change your email address.

O2 will send you a text to make sure it's you.

You can change your username (which is your email address) in your MyO2, or contact O2 to do it for you.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
