A new SIM card and new account

Hi I made a new account yesterday and ordered a new SIM card and received it today. I got posted a sim card last week and lost it again. It was a pay monthly SIM card but now I have a new pay monthly sim. I couldn’t log into my main o2 account and had to make a new account because my name was spelt wrong. I was wondering if you could cancel the pay monthly from my old account and delete my old account as I am using this one now? Thanks.

As a community forum with no access to your account, we have no way of doing any of that.

Your only option is to contact O2. Numerous numbers in this guide. Use all or any. Press any option

I have tried getting through to customer service and I can’t get through. I am worried that I will have a bill from my old account that will keep coming out my account monthly and since I have this new account I have no way to cancel.
