2 Disney+ accounts - one extra free and also being charged

Depending on what route I take to see my extra I can spot two live Disney+ extras running. The new one that I opted for when getting a new iPhone 17 in September shows active £9.99. I am however being billed £7.99 for one I can also find as an active extra. 

How can I resolve this and get refunded?

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
