i have made a claim for my phone and its not in stock i was offered a different phone but of less value ie i have a note 3 but offered a galaxy s4 it should be my choice if a phone is not availible?. there is no answer to when the phone will be back in stock. i was sold the policy on next day replacement in the event of a claim.

MI5 is completely correct, the insurance underwriter is a different company to O2 and they provide the handsets from their stock upon a successful claim.

Thanks @Anonymous all the more reason to go with a company that will of a handset is not available give you the money to buy a new one

I suspect there aren't that many refurbished Galaxy Note 3 handsets around.

Shows how good they are. Note 4 due out later this year too
