Solved: 02 Priority Moments App Problem

Have had a problem with claming and using a "free gift" from 02 after receiving a text invite to claim a free gift using 02 priority moments claimed the voucher and saved in my app but when I went to use 3 weeks later was told offer had expired!

Spoke to customer services 5 times about this but not interested in assisting.

Promiised call back and never got one! Lies lies lies!

Anyone had simular problems?

The vouchers from there are nearly all time limited.

They do say how long you have to use them.

Unfortunatly they seem to be rather quick at expiring.
