I have a mobile broadband dongle on PAYG, and I have done for years, but at the beginning of every year this crashes and I am unable to use connection manager and uninstalling and reinstalling the programme does not work. Can anyone help me get this back up and running again as I can't remember how I fixed it last year!

Thank you for the reply, I trying uninstalling, deleting all files and then reinstalling, but connection manager still crashes 😞
