My phone has been saying this since yesterday, dont have a landline to ring customer services, is there any other way to fix this???  What exactly does not provisioned mean?

Its a replacement sim,i lost my phone,just put the new sim in a new phone and thats the message i get and no service

Right OK. So you will definitely have to call CS.
Use another mobile or landline and call the number I gave you above.
It will be easier than live chat.
Make sure they lift your account block as well as activating the sim card for you whilst you are talking to them......
