o2 (Mobile Contract) took about £85 from my account after the contract has been finished!!! Absolute Rubbish Customer Service. I STILL WAITING 14 DAYS FOR MY MONEY BACK !!! I had to speak to FIVE people ! RUBBISH SERVICE AND SUPPORT !

Given that 14 working days is the norm and it has been 14 days then assuming the money is back with you in the next day or two then o2 have done what they would normally do.
I think you have to take some responsibility having left it 8 months plus to sort out.
Please call CS on the numbers given and ask them to confirm when payment will be with you.
